E-scooter rules vary significantly by US state and city, and change often — top speed limits, sidewalk riding, minimum age and helmet requirements all differ locally.
Our scooters ship with a factory speed limit. Higher-output models are intended for off-road and private-land use. Always check your state and local regulations before riding.
Every range figure we publish is a best case, measured under favourable conditions. Real-world range is always lower and depends on rider weight, assist level, terrain, headwind, temperature and tyre pressure. Cold weather in particular cuts range noticeably.
As a rough guide, plan for around 60–75% of the headline figure in everyday mixed riding, and less again if you rely on a throttle or ride hilly terrain.
Lithium batteries last longest when they are not stored at extremes. Avoid leaving the battery at 0% or sitting at 100% for weeks; around 40–60% is ideal for long storage. Charge indoors at room temperature, use the supplied charger, and avoid charging straight after a hard ride while the pack is still hot.
Treated this way, expect several hundred full charge cycles before you see meaningful capacity loss.

What makes the T10 different
Most commuter scooters stop at 8–10-inch solid tires. The T10 runs 11-inch pneumatic off-road tires with dual spring suspension front and rear, so it handles gravel paths and rough pavement that would rattle a basic city scooter — while still folding down for transit or trunk storage.
